The acclaimed horological company Roger Dubuis is delighted to announce its new Easy Diver RD 78 watch. This spectacular novelty proudly reveals a masculine steel case, 46mm in diameter, covered with black and orange moulded rubber. The push-pieces, it is outfitted with, also expose orange and black moulded rubber elements, which coordinate perfectly with the watch bezel.
The case of the new Roger Dubuis watch frames a breathtaking dial, embellished with a sun-ray motif. It exposes applique numeral “12” and “six”. The dial produces an incredible effect of intensity due to two satin-finished zones, located above and below black sub-dials.
The face of the Easy Diver RD 78 watch displays hours and minutes. Additionally, the dial is equipped with a central chronograph hand. It is also completed with a semi-instantaneous 45-minute counter, placed at 3 o’clock. The small seconds counter is located at 9 o’clock. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides.
Ticking inside the Roger Dubuis masterpiece is a mechanical column-wheel chronograph movement, stamped with the Poincon de Geneve quality hallmark.
Rhodium-plated, the movement incorporates 36 jewels and is graced with Cotes de Geneve finish. It is equipped with a self-winding micro-rotor system.
The movement features a balance wheel, oscillating at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The mechanism provides a 42-hour power reserve.
The extraordinary Roger Dubuis Easy Diver RD 78 watch is presented on a rubber strap, finished with a steel folding clasp. Its water-resistance is down to 300 meters. The edition of the new Roger Dubuis watch is restricted to just 280 pieces.
